The start of something big.

I've been away from writing in this blog for some time now but I'm back. I want to start writing my thoughts on this market and economy.

Point blank.....This market is on drugs. I've seen it before and I'll see it again. When the market is on drug a trader can't fight it.

So, what do I think:

I think we are seeing a top.
The problem is there are so many shorts that we keep getting these short covering rallies. I think what we are seeing is the Xmas rally early. I think we'll see higher highs after a brief correction but I think over all we are in for a major correction.

The 200ma is crossing over the 500ma on the daily NQ chart. When this happen ultimately we see a big down period. There are other indicators that are giving me a sell signal but I'll hold those to myself for now.

I know, I know, it would be foolish to short right now but get ready. It's coming and in the process we'll see lot's of monkeying around by the architect.

Let's watch and wait and see how things work out.

Right now I'm short only for a trade. I'll keep you posted on the trades outcome.
